PSFD's mission is to supply sustainably grown, organic and premium quality African food products to be enjoyed by consumers, retailers, and wholesalers in the ethnic food category throughout the DMV area and beyond.

Authentic: Freshly sourced food products from West African farmers directly to the consumer. Many of our smoked products are sourced from Africa producers using traditional artisanal methods of smoking and preserving authentic flavors, and aromas uniquely known to West African culture.

Organic: PSFD takes pride in sustainability and farming organically grown herbs and spices, as well as sourcing wild caught fish straight from the shores of the Atlantic ocean surrounding the many West African coasts.
